Resilient weave Balloon couture is surprisingly resilient. Each balloon is individually woven. If one pops, it only leaves a small gap, you won’t suddenly lose the whole dress. When we attend the event with you, we will quickly repair it.
A balloon dress is made for a single event and is expected to last the day, though depending on temperature it can last up to a week, but will shrink in size. After the event the dress continues to deflate and eventually becomes a miniature version, a keepsake, creating a lasting memory of the event.
It depends on the design. Balloons are rigid compared to fabric, so some dresses may rise at the front when you sit. However, because of the weight distribution across the bubbles, they are generally suitable for sitting in. This can be discussed at the design stage.
